For Maritime Intelligence use cases there is a need to track the movements of vessels from AIS data feeds. MapWeave excels at visualizing this complex data, allowing users to spot when something unusual is happening.

This demo shows 242,000 AIS observation points from a week's worth of marine traffic around the US. The yellow alerts near the Texas Gulf Coast show unusual behavior that could be a ship-to-ship transfer event.
